We meet once a week for two 20-minute talks by colleagues. Talks can be about anything you think the group might find interesting, mathematical or otherwise: a result you recently read and enjoyed, a thought you’d like to explore further, an idea that didn’t turn out as expected, or something that interests or worries you. The aim is to share and explore ideas that needn’t be fully fleshed out. Let me know if you’d like to give a talk.
We usually meet on Tuesdays, 11am–12pm, in Seminar Room C. If you don’t (yet!) think of yourself as part of the geometry group but would like to join us, feel free to drop by and see what we do.
